Raul's Happy Times

What Raul Has To Say

Raul, 29, said he respected Aragones’ decision and would work hard to regain his place.

“It’s the coach’s decision and I have to keep working,” he was quoted as saying on the website of sports daily Marca. “The national team is more important than any individual interests. I will be supporting the team with all my heart from my home. I will always be the national team’s number one fan.”

Common Raul, prove your coach wrong. Prove it to him during the Atletico Madrid match. Score and show the whole world what you are made of. I still believe in you. And all your fans around the world too. They believe and have a lot of faith in you.

What Real Madrid's Sporting Director has to say bout Raul

Mijatovic says:

Raul's been working hard and he had a good pre-season. Capello has defended him from the beginning, and wanted him to become the team leader again. He's handling it well, and he even notices it and talks about it. He's got a totally different mind-set. All he needed were some good matches and to score some goals, and they're coming.

What Guti Has To Say for Raul

Guti says:
"I don't really have much to say about it other than I think it's unfair that Raúl hasn't been called up. I personally think he is the banner of Real Madrid and the emblem of Spanish football, so in my opinion someone like him should play for the Spanish national team. I'm dissapointed because I would like Raúl to play for Spain, but I can't talk about why Luis Aragonés hasn't chosen him because I don't know the selection criteria he has followed. I hope this doesn't end his run as an international player. This is just another call-up. If Raúl continues to play this well, I'm sure that he will return.

Why I love Raul?

There are just so many reasons why I love him.
  1. He's good at what he does.
  2. He is a great striker.
  3. He just set the all time leading scorer for the UEFA Champions league with 54 goals. 1 more than Shevchenko.
  4. I've been his fan since long ago and I really like him.
  5. He's very dedicated to playing football.
  6. He always tried as hard as ever even though the press are really making his confidence level low.
I will continue loving him. And I will continue BELIEVING in him!

Happy Times!

First Post Eva

Hello everyone,

Actually i'm kinda sad... Today Raul, my favourite ever soccer player, he is axed by his coach in the national team. I'm very very depressed. I know some people are happy with these news. But I am not. I hope he will try his very best to gain his spot back in the national team. I dedicate this blog for him and him only. Common Raul, do your best. I believe in you so damn much. Common prove to them that they are wrong. You can do it. I know you can. You did good against Dynamo Kiev. Score more goals Raul. Please....

Your greatest fan eva,
Iza
